I wanted to have folks visit both parts of the memorial, so the photo requirement is for the Top of the World viewing area on the 27th floor.

I went to edit the page last night, thinking I had it set to publish early this morning, but saw it was published.

I was hoping it was still early enough that no one would have seen the page, before my late edits.
