Found this lonely cache hanging out right where it should be despite all of the changes to the surrounding area.

Thanks for bringing us here!

DudleyGrunt and I came down to North Carolina to seek some OCNA caches. They are many, many OCNA caches in the Charlotte area and we wanted to seek them during the current contest going on the OCNA site.

This was a quick find. Thanks for placing this cache. TFTC

Took a wrong turn to this one, but we got there eventually.

Found with sfcchaz on our alt-caching run from Maryland.  Thanks for the history lesson.

Happy Trails!

That's aother one for me!  These virtuals are fun - too bad that other site did away with them.

I seem to recall coming to this monument previously for some other geo-location activity.  Glad to be back to log this one!

I have been to this monument before so today's visit was simply a return visit.  Thanks for the cache as this place is passed by so many people each day who have no clue this is here or why.

I visited this cache while making a grab on the nearby physical cache. I really like this virtual because it pointed out a marker that seems to be getting lost in the urban sprawl and I learned something new about Charlotte's history. TFTC

Finally a new one posted close to home. I have driven by this thing for years and of course I meant to stop one day to see what it was all about but never did.  Now I have a reason to visit the site and pick up two caches at the same time along with a history lesson.
