This continues the South Carolina Rest Area Series. This one is not a BIT unlike most other rest area caches in the series.

These are designed to give travelers an additional quick smiley during their stop.

This is a very nice Welcome Center located on a peninsula of Lake Hartwell near the town of Fair Play in the County of Oconee.
