This was placed on the 1-year anniversary of OCUS.  It is a skirt lifter and is attached to a Munzee for a 2 for 1 stop.  Please be sure to tuck them back in their hiding place to protect them from the elements. 

You do not have to have a smartphone to log this cache.  The QR code is just a direct shortcut to this cache page.

To log this cache, you must use the password printed on the BIT card (case-sensitive).
