Over the years I visited this location several times, but was not aware of the webcams.
To log this cache, get your picture from the webcam and upload. Pictures of the nearby White Flint office buildings are appreciated too.

You'll need to do several things to access the webcam at the DC DOT site, as follows.
Click/check the Montgomery checkbox near the page bottom.
Navigate to Rockville Pike (MD-355) at Marinelli Road using the map, and click on the locator icon
OR
Using the Select Camera Location pull-down, choose the Rockville Pk (MD-355) @ Marinelli Rd camera
Maneuver yourself into view of the camera, and take a screenshot. This should be doable on the sidewalk at the corner without being in the street.
Note: The White Flint Metro stop on the Red Line is conveniently near this GZ.
