This statue has its own gazebo and they play in all kinds of weather at all times of the day and night. This section of Fulton St. is closed to traffic and was part of the World's Fair in 1984. Check it out around Christmas time for the "Miracle on Fulton Street".
To log this cache, look at the trombone player and note how many fingers on his right hand are UNDER the instrument. Then look at the clarinet player and note how many buttons are on his shirt (not his jacket). Enter these two numbers with no space between them.
