I came across opencaching.us a few weeks ago and did a search for caches in the area and there were none. so while out geocaching today I decided it was time to get some caches here in Central NY.
This cache is located right off the parking lot for the bike trail that goes along 365 and along the erie canal. you can park within 20 feet of the cache. please be careful there are some thorns that can get you when looking for the cache.
You will need to bring a pen or pencil with you to sign the log. there are a few small trade items in the cache along with a dollar bill for the first to find.
I am looking forward to placing more opencaches in the area really soon
