This park is located where the old city hall building used to stand. A few years back, the city of Burley completely reconstructed the park. They even went so far that a local survey company reset the benchmark that used be be located on the old building.
The benchmark is the key to this Virtual cache and you will need to locate it.
The password for this cache is on the plaque that is on the benchmark. What is the elevation according to the plaque NOT according to your GPS (Although GPS's are more accurate, LOL 
)? To recap, the elevation # is the key.
Walk around and check this little park out. There were many contributions from key people that are always striving to keep Burley the best place to live in Idaho.
