I wondered why the Orangeport parking lot was so crowded this afternoon. Once I got my bike out onto the towpath I realised that I was pedaling into the middle of a running event. Lots and lots of runners, staggering along, sweating and gasping for breath. I abandoned any idea of geocaching in this crowd, so I switched off the GPS and just went biking to Day Rd and back. I'll return to give this cache a whirl on a quieter day.
