Got it! What a nice little out of the way spot, was able to park on the street for free 300 feet away on a Saturday. As an added bonus, there's a regular sized Groundspeak cache in this little park. Amazing that stays put. Pretty cool, and I didn't even notice part of the codeword until looking very closely. Great Virtual, thanks!

P.S. didn't even notice, but the codeword worked with all lowercase.
