Although you could get closer to this one, I'm not sure of the property ownership so this cache will still give you a good view of the most prominent water tower in town.
I didn't know what these caches were until I read DudleyGrunt's description. Then I found out that there are lots of them, started by several other cachers so I thought I would add to the fun.
You have to use the password on the tag in order to log this cache or you could use your fancy phone to scan the QR code - and it would be fun if you could take a picture, since this location gives a nice view of the water tower signifying the bicycle capital of the midwest. Although I'm fairly certain that no UFO is being camouflaged by this tower (you never know, DudleyGrunt makes a pretty good case for it), it is certainly guarded like a military installation with all the barbed wire.
